What does Ruiding manufacture?

What is the difference between a straddle carrier and a transfer cart?
A straddle carrier combines lifting and transport within a spanning frame. A transfer cart carries a supported load on a deck and needs a defined loading and unloading process.
How do I select rail or trackless transport?
Review whether the route is fixed, what infrastructure is available, the condition of the floor and the loaded turning space. Read the rail vs trackless comparison.
Does trackless mean fully automatic?
No. Trackless describes travel without an installed rail. Automated guided operation is a separate control and integration requirement.
What load capacities are offered?
The supplied straddle carrier brochure lists eight versions with 35, 60 or 80 t lifting capacities. Review the model overview. AGV and transfer cart ratings are not given in a complete model table. Confirm the current model, load interface and operating conditions in the quotation.

What should I send for a quotation?
Send the load mass and drawings, site layout, route, lifting or support interface, operating cycle and project country. Use our RFQ checklist.
Can I discuss a custom handling requirement?
Yes. Share the process you need to carry out and any constraints. Ruiding will review the task and confirm an offered configuration and scope.
What is the lead time and price?
Pricing and lead time depend on configuration and commercial scope. Request a project-specific quotation; no fixed price or lead-time commitment is published here.
Is the equipment certified for my country?
Ask for the documents required by your destination and confirm their applicability to the proposed equipment. This website does not claim blanket CE, ISO or other certification.
How are overseas installation and service arranged?
Installation, commissioning, training, spare parts and service coverage should be agreed for the specific project and destination before purchase.

Does the listed lifting capacity guarantee that my load will fit?
No. Review the frame envelope, approved lifting points, attachment, finished load and site conditions for the specific model. Catalogue capacity is one selection input.
Are all listed functions included as standard?
No blanket inclusion is assumed. Confirm navigation, battery sizing, motion modes, hydraulic lifting, spreaders and controls in the offered configuration.
